Comfortable king bed made me feel relaxed.

My experience was disappointing from the start. The door to our room had been broken previously and wasn’t fixed properly, leaving a gap that let in noise from the hallway. I also encountered issues with our door keys not working, requiring assistance that took too long to receive. The breakfast options were quite limited and left much to be desired, making me regret the choice of this hotel.

I loved my stay at comfort inn during my vacation. The king suite with whirlpool was spacious and clean, exceeding my previous experiences in vernall. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast selection had enough variety to start my day off right.

The sofa bed lacked a mattress, which left my kids without a place to sleep after a long drive. The shower curtain was ripped, and the shower itself was in need of a thorough cleaning—definitely not what you'd expect. Housekeeping was non-existent during our four-day stay, leading to overflowing trash and the need to request towels from the front desk. Breakfast offerings were minimal, with essential items often missing, forcing us to go out for meals when we had expected to enjoy a complimentary breakfast. The door to our room didn't latch securely, creating a sense of insecurity, and the elevator reeked of something unpleasant. Additionally, pooled water on the floor posed a safety risk, and we were asked to leave dirty towels in the hallway, which felt really off.

I loved the jetted tub in our King Suite, and felt right at home. The rooms were clean !

Had a great time with friends! We visited the local national monument and enjoyed the nearby hiking trails. The hotel was super clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast had a good variety, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend this spot for a group getaway.

Despite the enjoyable moments, the Wi-Fi was spotty, and the staff seemed overwhelmed at times, which affected our overall experience.

Our stay was great! The large fridge was a nice surprise, perfect for snacks, and the breakfast was impressive with hot options. The room was clean and comfortable—definitely worth it.

Family with children might find it acceptable

You know, we had a couple of high points. The jacuzzi in our room was. Really something. Perfect to unwind after hiking all day. That and Tevia at the front desk was a lifesaver, super helpful with our requests.

But, let me tell ya, it wasn’t exactly pricey but still acceptable.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the comfy king bed and the spacious room we had for five nights. It was lovely relaxing by the pool and enjoying the cozy breakfast area each morning. Just a heads up. the air conditioning took a little while to cool the room, but everything else was great! 😊
